Facebook now recently making strict rules for its employees, earlier Facebook launched a day “2G Tuesday” in which employees will experience 2G network because Facebook wanted to make his employees feel the same like other world experiencing the 2G network such as remote area like in Africa (Nigeria) and other remote areas in India.
Day by day Facebook bringing new rules and regulation for its employees, On Friday morning Facebook announced openly to all employees and told them to avoid iPhone and told them to start using Android. This is not an option provided by the company, this has been made a strict action against certain rules and regulations.
Now you will be thinking that may be Facebook has some sort of feud against Apple Inc or may be they are partnering with Google, none of the above is true. The reason is, Facebook chief product officer, Chris Cox has told directly to the reporter Wired.com that “This rule was made after analyzing the billions of Facebook users who is using Facebook on Android”
“Facebook users in smartphone activity is much more than web platform, but also in smartphone the more enough users are from Android almost 75 percent users, so for this Facebook user experiencing the fact that’s what we made this decision mandate for our employees, we made a strict decision for this employee to avoid iPhones as much possible,” said Chris Cox, The Chief Product Officer For Facebook Said.
The also reason is that Cox made the rude decision for his employees that the employees and he himself need to
realize the use of Android the problems faced by using Android, finding bugs and experience the same living style as other Facebook users living right now!
All this activity clearly shows that how much Facebook is paying attention towards to its expanding social media every corner of the world (Might be after reaching every corner in this world, Facebook’s next step to find aliens to make them use Facebook too). In this emerging market at developing countries Facebook stretching his arms to gain more users and make them use Facebook’s other product as well.
Facebook understands the way its users experiencing Facebook, Facebook Chief Product Officer, said that now Facebook is helping those users who till now don’t even accessed over internet, Facebook official team have moved to that location and have told them about Internet.org, soon the big drone will fly over their country to make them accessible internet.
