So here is a simple tip to make your device boot faster but it works on only rooted devices. As you already know (or if you don't), rooting voids the warranty but it gives you the administrative or superuser access to your phone.

Steps To Increase The Boot Speed Of Your Android Phone

1. You need to root your android device, because the tip being discuss here will only work in rooted devices.

2. Download and install this android app called Root Explorer on your device.

3. After installing open the app and goto to the folder System Folder > Build.prop.



4. Tap on the file and then choose any text editor on your phone to open and edit it.



5. Now paste the below code in the file you just opened:
ro.config.hw_quickpoweron=true

6. Save the file and exit the app and you are done.

You can reboot your phone to notice the speed of the boot process!
